Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website mobileproxy.space and all related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by MOBIROX LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England & Wales, with its registered office at Stoney Works, 8 Stoney Lane, London, United Kingdom, SE19 3BD (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By registering an account or using the Service, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

1.1 We provide mobile proxy and server (static) proxy services, granting you access to proxy connections that route internet traffic through real mobile devices connected to cellular networks or through dedicated servers.

1.2 The Service includes: access to proxy connections (HTTP, SOCKS5), a personal dashboard for proxy management, IP rotation functionality, API access, a browser extension (“Mobile Proxy Manager”), and free ancillary tools (proxy checker, speed test, DNS leak test, and others).

1.3 We may modify, update, or discontinue any features of the Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email.

2. Account Registration

2.1 To use the Service, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information. You must be at least 18 years old.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at law@mobileproxy.space.

2.4 One person or legal entity may maintain only one account unless expressly authorised by us.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

3.1 Proxy services are offered on a subscription basis for fixed periods (1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or 1 year). Prices vary depending on the selected geolocation and rental period, and are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

3.2 All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, price changes will not affect active subscriptions.

3.3 Payment must be made in advance through one of the accepted payment methods listed on the website. Access to the Service is granted immediately upon successful payment.

3.4 We may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, and referral bonuses. These are subject to specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer and may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion.

4. Free Trial

4.1 New users may be eligible for a free trial period of up to 3 hours, subject to availability and our verification procedures.

4.2 The free trial is limited to one trial per person, device, and account. Abuse of the trial (including creating multiple accounts) may result in account suspension.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

5.2 You shall not use the Service to:

• Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law;
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software;
• Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited bulk communications;
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party;
• Engage in fraud, identity theft, or financial crime;
• Access, distribute, or store child sexual abuse material or any content exploiting minors;
• Conduct attacks on computer systems or networks (including DDoS attacks, hacking, port scanning of third-party infrastructure);
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure;
• Resell, sublicense, or share your proxy access with third parties without our written consent;
• Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits imposed by the Service.

5.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, if we determine that you have violated this Section 5.

6. Service Level and Availability

6.1 We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

6.2 Temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, equipment upgrades, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

6.3 Connection speed depends on the selected geolocation, cellular operator, network conditions, and hardware, and may vary. Advertised speeds are indicative and not guaranteed.

6.4 In the event of prolonged unavailability of your assigned proxy (exceeding 24 hours) due to equipment failure, we will replace the equipment or extend your subscription for the duration of the downtime at no additional cost.

7. IP Address Rotation and Geolocation

7.1 Each proxy provides access to a pool of mobile IP addresses. IP addresses are rotated automatically (by timer), manually (via the dashboard), or via API. Specific IP addresses cannot be guaranteed or reserved.

7.2 You may change the geolocation (country, city) and mobile operator of your proxy through the dashboard, subject to availability.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

8.1 Due to the nature of the Service (instant digital delivery), refunds are generally not available once the service has been activated.

8.2 We may issue a refund or credit at our discretion in the following cases:

• Persistent technical issues that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe;
• Service not matching the specifications described at the time of purchase;
• Duplicate payment.

8.3 Refund requests must be submitted to law@mobileproxy.space within 7 days of the issue arising.

8.4 Refunds will not be issued for violations of the Acceptable Use policy (Section 5) or for unused portions of a subscription that was voluntarily cancelled.

9. Affiliate and Referral Programme

9.1 We offer an affiliate programme that allows registered users to earn a commission of 16% on payments made by referred users. Full rules of the affiliate programme are available at mobileproxy.space/en/partners_rules.html.

9.2 Participation in the affiliate programme is subject to its own rules, which form part of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, software, and the “Mobile Proxy Manager” browser extension, is the property of MOBIROX LLP or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and associated tools for their intended purpose during your active subscription.

10.3 You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

11.1 The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.2 We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, operate without interruption, or be free from errors or security vulnerabilities.

11.3 We are not responsible for the content accessed, transmitted, or received through the proxy connections.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MOBIROX LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Service.

12.2 Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MOBIROX LLP, its partners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Suspension and Termination

14.1 We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time if:

• You breach these Terms, including the Acceptable Use policy;
• We are required to do so by law or by a competent authority;
• Your use of the Service poses a security risk to us or to third parties.

14.2 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any unused subscription period.

14.3 Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your country of residence, to the extent that such laws provide mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived by agreement.

15.2 For all other matters, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

15.3 In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation by contacting law@mobileproxy.space.

15.4 If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days through negotiation, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the User’s country of residence (for consumer disputes) or the courts of England and Wales (for all other disputes).

16. Changes to These Terms

16.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

16.2 Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Affiliate Programme Rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and MOBIROX LLP regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
