FAQ - preguntas frecuentes
Respuestas a las preguntas más frecuentes
What are mobile proxies good for?
I found mobile proxies many times cheaper than yours.
Can I change the mobile proxy IP address?
Yes, there are several ways to change the IP:
1. By link (manual) — after ordering, the system issues a unique link. Each click on it triggers an IP change. The link is in "My Proxies" in the "Change IP" column.
2. By timer (automatic) — set an interval from 2 minutes to 1440 minutes (1 day). The IP will change automatically at the specified frequency.
3. Via API — GET request to changeip.mobileproxy.space/?proxy_key={key}&format=json. See "How to change IP via API" article for details.
Important:
- Minimum 30 seconds between IP changes on one proxy
- Average IP change time — about 5 seconds
- Sometimes the operator may issue the same IP — this is a feature of mobile networks, try again
What is changing an IP address via a link?
"IP change by link" is a method of manually controlling IP address changes for your proxy.
How it works:
- After ordering, the system generates a unique link for IP change
- The link is in "My Proxies" in the "Change IP" column
- Each click on this link (browser or GET request) triggers an IP change
- Average change time — about 5 seconds
Example link:https://changeip.mobileproxy.space/?proxy_key=abc123def456
Can be used in code:
curl "https://changeip.mobileproxy.space/?proxy_key=YOUR_KEY&format=json"
JSON response: {"status":"OK","new_ip":"185.x.x.x","rt":"5.15"}
Limits: minimum 30 seconds between changes per proxy. For GET requests, browser User-Agent is required.
Can I use mobile proxies in specialized programs?
What is the maximum number of connections possible?
Each mobile proxy supports up to 250 simultaneous connections.
What this means:
- You can use the same proxy (host:port:login:password) in multiple programs, scripts, or antidetect profiles simultaneously
- All connections will go through the same IP at any given time
- 250 is the limit per single proxy — you can have many proxies on your account
Practical recommendations:
- With very high parallel requests, the speed will be divided between connections
- For parsing in many threads, consider backconnect proxies (up to 5 simultaneous connections with different IPs)
- Optimal thread count is found experimentally — depends on your software and target site
What speed do mobile proxies have?
What is the advantage of mobile IPs?
How many sessions can you run on a port?
Each mobile proxy port supports up to 250 simultaneous connections (sessions).
This is sufficient for most tasks: antidetect browsers, parsing, bots, messengers, and other applications.
If you have very high parallelism — we recommend testing on a free trial proxy before mass usage.
For what resources are proxies suitable?
Are your proxies suitable for working with Instagram?
Yes, our mobile proxies are suitable for working with Instagram. Many clients successfully run accounts, promote pages, and work with Instagram through our service.
Recommendations for stable operation:
- 1 account = 1 proxy — don't use one IP for several accounts
- Choose proxy GEO matching the account region — if the account is registered to an RF number, use RF proxy
- Use an antidetect browser (Dolphin, AdsPower, GoLogin) for different profiles
- Don't change IP too often when working with one account — this raises suspicions with Instagram
Important to know:
- From RF, Instagram is blocked at the provider level — to work from Russia, you need a proxy from a foreign GEO + understand that mobile traffic via a Russian operator may be filtered
- At the cellular operator level there may be regional blocks
- In the mobile Instagram app, system iOS/Android proxy settings don't work — you need apps like Shadowrocket, Potatso (iOS) or ProxyDroid (Android)
Take a free 3-hour trial to verify it works for your task.
I want to make money from mobile proxies, how can I do this?
Several ways to earn:
1. Affiliate program — bring clients and earn 16% lifetime commission from their payments. Affiliate page.
2. Reselling — resell our proxies with your own markup via a reseller dashboard. Cooperation page.
3. Hosting your own modems — provide modems and SIM cards, we pay you a percentage from their use. More info.
When changing IP I get an error message
My mobile proxy lease has expired, can I get it back?
Yes, an expired proxy can be renewed and brought back to work — if equipment is still available.
How to restore:
- Go to "My Proxies"
- Check "Show expired" above the table
- Reload the page — you'll see all proxies you've ever had
- Click "Renew" next to the desired proxy
- If equipment is available — renewal will succeed, credentials will be preserved
If equipment is no longer available:
- "Renew" button will be unavailable
- You can buy a similar proxy with same GEO (but credentials will be new)
Important: proxies older than 6 months are moved to archive. To restore them, contact support.
Can I use mobile proxies for spam?
No, using our proxies for spam is prohibited.
Prohibited activities include:
- Mass distribution of unsolicited messages (email, SMS, messenger spam)
- DDoS attacks and vulnerability scanning
- Phishing and malware distribution
- Any activity violating laws of the country where equipment is located
Violation of our rules results in account block without refund. See public offer for details.
The speed of the mobile proxy has dropped, what should I do?
I don't receive an SMS during registration, what should I do?
If SMS with password doesn't arrive during registration or login:
1. Check phone number format — enter as +7XXXXXXXXXX or 8XXXXXXXXXX (for RF). For other countries — with country code.
2. Disable VPN — with VPN enabled, SMS may not be delivered as the system detects you in another country.
3. Wait 2-3 minutes — sometimes delivery is delayed due to the operator.
4. Check Spam folder — if you specified email for receiving the code.
5. Foreign numbers — SMS delivery to numbers in some countries may be limited. Try a different number.
If nothing helps — contact support chat or Telegram bot — operator will help with manual registration.
The IP address issued by the proxy does not match the specified GEO, why?
We cannot guarantee how services determine GEO addresses or where they get their databases. The equipment is 100% located in the specified city, but the mobile operator may issue an IP that GeoIP databases associate with another region.
Why this happens:
- Mobile operators use IP pools that may be registered to the operator's headquarters (e.g., Moscow), not the city of the cell tower
- Different verification services (2ip.ru, iplocation.net, ipinfo.io) use different GeoIP databases and may show different cities for the same IP
- When changing IP, you get a random address from the operator's pool — it may be detected as a different city
What you can do:
- Try changing the IP several times — the next one may be detected correctly
- Try changing equipment to another operator in the same city
- For verification, use multiple services: ipinfo.io, ip-api.com, ipgeolocation.io — if at least one shows the correct city, the IP is likely from the right region
How often can you change GEO or operator?
Minimum 2 minutes must pass between equipment changes (country, city, operator) on one proxy.
Change methods:
- Via dashboard: "My Proxies" → settings icon (⚙) → "Change GEO, operator"
- Via API:
change_equipmentcommand - Automatically: with auto-change enabled — system changes itself on errors
Important: when changing country, rental time will be recalculated according to new GEO rates — period may decrease or increase. When changing city/operator within the same country, rental time does not change.
How often can I change the IP address on mobile proxies?
Minimum 30 seconds must pass between IP changes on one proxy.
If you try to change the IP more often, the request will be rejected. This limit applies regardless of the change method: by link, by timer, or via API.
Average change execution time — about 5 seconds after clicking the link.
Minimum auto-change timer — 2 minutes. You can set any interval from 2 to 1440 minutes (1 day).
Useful to know: the mobile operator sometimes issues the same IP from its pool — this is a feature of mobile networks. In this case, try changing the IP again after 30 seconds.
How long does it take for mobile proxies to change IP?
The average IP change time on mobile proxies is about 5 seconds.
In rare cases, the time may increase to 10–15 seconds due to:
- Cellular network load
- Specific operator characteristics (MTS, MegaFon, Beeline, Tele2 may differ)
- Current connection quality at the cell tower
Current statistics on average IP change speed are published in our Telegram channel and VKontakte group.
Do you have restrictions on access to sites?
From our side, we do not restrict access to any sites. You get regular mobile internet through our proxy.
However, restrictions are possible from other sides:
- Regional blocks by mobile operators — some operators block certain sites per local laws
- Geo-restrictions by sites — some services are available only from certain countries
- Corporate "whitelists" — if the operator activates filtering for business subscribers
If a specific site doesn't open, try changing equipment to another operator or country.
What you can restrict yourself:
- In proxy settings, you can enable "site whitelist" — access only to specified domains
The proxies didn't work for me — do you offer refunds?
Yes, we refund unused rental time. A refund is possible at any time during the rental.
How to request a refund:
- Via the auto-bot in chat — fastest way for refund to balance
- Via support — if you want to refund to card/wallet
Refund methods:
- To dashboard balance — instant, funds usable immediately
- To card — to the card used for payment (1–5 business days)
- To crypto wallet — to the same wallet, usually within 24 hours
- To e-wallets (Payeer, Capitalist, AdvCash, WebMoney) — usually instant
- To LLC/IE settlement account — up to 7 business days
Refund amount is calculated proportionally to unused rental time.
Example: bought 30 days for 900 RUB, after 10 days decided to return → refund for 20 unused days = 900 × (20/30) = 600 RUB.
Can I change GEO and operator of a proxy?
Yes, GEO and operator can be changed.
How to change:
- "My Proxies" → settings icon (⚙) at the proxy → "Change GEO, operator"
- Choose country, city, server, operator (fill all fields for best result)
- Optionally add current equipment to blacklist
- Confirm change
Important about time recalculation:
- When changing country, rental time is recalculated by rates of new GEO — period may decrease (if new GEO is more expensive) or increase (if cheaper)
- When changing city or operator within same country, rental time does NOT change
Limit: minimum 2 minutes between changes.
Do I need to specify the wallet number for a BinancePay refund?
No. The refund will be made to the Binance wallet from which the payment was made.
How do I delete my account?
What is the refund timeframe?
Refund timing:
- Refund to dashboard balance — instant, funds can be used immediately for other proxies
- Refund to bank card — 1 to 5 business days (depends on the bank, in rare cases up to 30 days)
- Refund to crypto wallet — usually within 24 hours
- Refund to e-wallets (Payeer, Capitalist, AdvCash) — usually instant
- Refund via bank transfer (LLC/individual entrepreneur) — to your settlement account, up to 7 business days
Application processing time — up to 7 days (typically processed within 1 day).
Refunds always go to the original payment method.

- Minimum interval between IP changes: 30 seconds per proxy_key (Memcached lock)
- API rate limit: 3 requests/sec total (×number of active proxies)
- Browser User-Agent header required
Average IP change time: ~5 seconds.
How do I get the list of active proxies via API?
GET request to the get_my_proxy endpoint:
curl "https://mobileproxy.space/api.html?command=get_my_proxy" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_TOKEN"
What is returned (JSON):
- Proxy ID (PID)
- Host, HTTP and SOCKS5 ports
- Login and password
- Country, city, operator
- Rental expiration date
- Auto-renewal status
- IP change link
Limits: 3 requests per second per token. To get a specific proxy, add the parameter &proxy_id=12345.
How do I check the current IP of a proxy via API?
GET request to the proxy_ip endpoint:
curl "https://mobileproxy.space/api.html?command=proxy_ip&proxy_id=12345" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_TOKEN"
Parameters:
proxy_id— one or several IDs separated by commas:proxy_id=1,2,3check_spam=true— additionally checks the IP in spam databases (optional)
Response (JSON):
{"12345":{"ip":"185.x.x.x","status":"OK","spam":false}}Convenient for monitoring the operability of multiple proxies at once.
Which protocols are supported?
Our proxies support the following protocols:
HTTP port — works with regular HTTP requests and with HTTPS via the CONNECT method (tunneling). This means you can use one HTTP port for both HTTP and HTTPS websites. Browsers, Playwright, Selenium, and other tools automatically use the CONNECT method for HTTPS.
SOCKS5 port — universal protocol, supports any TCP traffic, including HTTP and HTTPS. Also supports UDP ASSOCIATE — UDP traffic transmission (used in VoIP, some games, DNS queries, and other UDP applications). The SOCKS5 port = HTTP port + 1.
SOCKS4/4a — backward compatibility, works on the same SOCKS5 port. TCP only.
Both ports (HTTP and SOCKS5) are issued simultaneously when you rent a proxy. Which one to use depends on your software. For most tasks, the HTTP port is suitable. For UDP traffic, use SOCKS5.
What is the API rate limit?
General API limit: 3 requests per second (multiplied by the number of active proxies on the account).
Identical requests: blocked for 3 seconds (you cannot send two identical requests in a row).
IP change: separate limit — no more than once per 30 seconds per proxy_key.
Equipment change: 120-second cooldown (2 minutes) between changes for one proxy.
IP whitelist: you can specify trusted IP addresses for API requests in account settings — requests from other IPs will be rejected.

How do I add equipment to the blacklist?
The equipment blacklist prevents reselection of a problematic modem during subsequent changes.
How to add:
- When changing GEO/operator — check "Add to blacklist" in the change form
- Via API —
&blacklist=1parameter in thechange_equipmentcommand
List management:
"My Proxies" section → "Blacklist" — here you can view all added modems and delete unwanted entries.
When to use:
- Modem works slowly or unstably
- Equipment IP is blocked on the site you need
- No connectivity with certain services through this modem
How do I block an operator?
If a particular mobile operator is unsuitable for your tasks (works poorly with the needed site, low speed, etc.), you can block them.
How to block:
- "My Proxies" section → "Operator Blacklist"
- Choose the operator from the list
- Specify a PID (block for that proxy only) or leave empty (for all proxies on the account)
- Save
The blocked operator will no longer appear during manual or automatic equipment changes.
Clear list: in the same section there is a mass clear function — removes all blocks with one click.
What is auto-change of equipment?
Auto-change of equipment — a function that automatically replaces the modem when problems arise.
When triggered:
- Proxy doesn't respond to requests (connection error)
- Errors occur during IP change
- Periodic equipment change timer is enabled
Auto-change geography — configurable:
- No restrictions (any country)
- Within country
- Within region/territory
- Within city
Behavior:
- Preserves the current operator (if it was MegaFon — will choose MegaFon if available)
- If the operator is unavailable — chooses the fastest from available
- The same setting applies to manual change and via API if GEO is not specified explicitly
Enable/disable auto-change in each proxy's settings (Operations → Settings).
How often can I change equipment manually?
You can change equipment manually no more than once every 10 minutes.
How to change:
- "My Proxies" → settings icon (⚙) → "Change GEO, operator"
- Select parameters: country, city, server, operator
- Specify reason for change (quick options available)
- Optionally check "Add to blacklist"
- Confirm
Tip: when changing, fill in all fields (country, city, operator, server) — this gives a more predictable result than choosing "Fastest".
If the proxy check via the green indicator showed an error — the equipment change timeout is reset, you can change immediately without waiting 10 minutes.
What happens during auto-change of equipment?
When auto-change of equipment is triggered, the system:
- Preserves the current operator — if it was, e.g., MegaFon, it will try to choose another modem with MegaFon
- If no such operator is available — chooses the fastest from available modems
- Geography is limited by the auto-change setting — no restrictions / within country / region / city
What does NOT change during auto-change:
- Proxy credentials on backup hosts (mproxy.site, bproxy.site, dproxy.site, eproxy.site, fproxy.site, gproxy.site) — login, password, port remain the same
- Rental period (if change is within one country)
What changes:
- IP address
- Specific modem (PID changes to another technically, but the dashboard shows the same ID)
- For IP authentication — credentials for IP connection may change
How do I set up IP authentication?
What changes when binding an IP address?
IMPORTANT: when binding an IP address, you receive additional credentials for accessing the proxy without login/password.
What's important to know:
- Login/password access on previous credentials (mproxy.site, bproxy.site, etc.) is preserved — old settings will continue to work
- New credentials for IP authentication only work from your specified IP addresses (no password)
- When changing GEO or operator, IP authentication credentials change — you need to update settings in your software
When IP authentication is convenient:
- Devices that don't support login/password input (PS4, PS5, Xbox, Smart TV, some routers)
- Scripts where you don't want to store passwords in code
- Proxy setup for an entire office subnet
You can use both methods at the same time.
How do I set up automatic IP change by timer?
How do I reboot the equipment?
Equipment reboot helps with low speed or IP change errors.
How to reboot:
- "My Proxies" → settings icon (⚙) → "Reboot Equipment"
- Confirm the action
- Wait ~1 minute — the port will be unavailable during reboot
Limits:
- Reboot is allowed no more than once every 30 minutes
- The proxy doesn't respond during reboot
When to reboot:
- Proxy speed dropped sharply
- Cannot change IP (hangs or returns the same)
- Proxy stopped responding but equipment change is undesirable
If reboot doesn't help — try changing equipment.
How does auto-renewal work?
6 hours before the rental expires, the system checks the balance. If there are enough funds — it extends for the chosen period (default — month). If not enough for a month — tries 7 days, etc.
New proxies are created with auto-renewal already enabled.
Card charge attempts: 2 times — 6 hours and 1 hour before rental ends.
Credentials on extension: on auto-renewal, proxy credentials (host, port, login, password) do not change. Your scripts and settings will continue to work without changes. Credentials may only change on manual GEO/operator change.
How do I choose the auto-renewal period?
The auto-renewal period is configured individually for each proxy.
Available periods: 1 / 7 / 30 / 90 / 365 days
How to set up:
- "My Proxies" → settings icon (⚙) at the desired proxy
- In the "Auto-renewal" block, select a period from the dropdown
- Save
How it works:
- 6 hours before rental ends, system checks balance
- If enough funds — extends for the chosen period
- If not enough for the full period — tries a smaller one (e.g., not enough for 30 days — tries 7)
- The setting is also used for subscription extension with linked card
Tip: longer periods (90, 365 days) are often more cost-effective per day. Compare in current rates.
How does the 3% discount subscription work?
The 3% discount subscription is automatic proxy renewal from a linked bank card with a discount.
How to enable:
- In account settings, click "Bind Card"
- Enter card details — system charges 1 RUB for verification (returns to your balance)
- After binding, auto-renewal will work with 3% discount
How it works:
- 6 hours before rental ends, system automatically charges the card for the chosen period minus 3%
- If charge fails — retry attempt 1 hour before rental ends
- Subscription is issued for 1 year (auto-renewed)
Additional discounts can stack:
- +1% for Telegram channel subscription
- +1% for VKontakte group subscription
- Total up to 5% discount on auto-renewal
You can cancel the subscription at any time in account settings.

Can I select multiple countries/cities/operators during mass equipment change?
Multi-select parameters when changing proxies
How it works
You can select multiple countries, cities, servers, or operators at the same time.
When changing proxies
Parameters are distributed across proxies sequentially.
What is a proxy?
A proxy server is an intermediary between your device and the internet. When you connect to a website through a proxy, the website sees the IP of the proxy, not your real IP.
Why use one:
- Hide your real IP — for privacy or to bypass blocks
- Get an IP from another country/city — to access regional content
- Manage multiple accounts — each on its own IP, to avoid bans
- Parsing and automation — bypass per-IP request limits
Types of proxies:
- Mobile — IP of a mobile carrier. High trust on social networks, dynamic IP, can be changed
- Server — IP from a data center. High speed, static IP, but easier to detect
Protocols:
- HTTP/HTTPS — for web traffic, supported by most browsers and software
- SOCKS5 — universal, supports any protocol (TCP and UDP)

Automatic refund of funds to balance when canceling a proxy
A bot is now available that automatically calculates and refunds your funds to balance when you cancel a proxy.
How it works:
The bot accepts a PID (up to 5 at a time) for proxies you wish to cancel and processes a refund for each, returning the unused portion of rental time to your balance — without operator wait time.
Closing documents for organizations and individual entrepreneurs
If you pay by bank transfer (via the settlement account of an LLC or individual entrepreneur), copies of closing documents — Act and Universal Transfer Document (UPD) — can be downloaded in the history, in the "Bank Transfer Payments History" table, immediately after funds arrive on the balance.
We send originals via EDI (electronic document management) on Fridays.
Important (from 01.01.2026): per legislative changes, work completion acts cannot be sent via EDI — only UPD with status 02. We send documents in UPD format.
EDI ID (GUID): 2BM-431208459003--2016021211105503164900000000. We use Kontur.Diadoc.
First purchase coupon — 20%
Coupons for first purchase are issued only after receiving the first proxy as a free trial.
The client provides an email — a code is sent to it for entry on the site — after entering the correct code the client immediately receives a 20% discount coupon.
Where to find the coupon:
- Pop-up window on every site page — appears immediately after activation
- Via email — arrives after the trial ends
- In the Coupons section in the dashboard
If the coupon didn't arrive: check your spam folder. If not there either — contact support, the operator will find or generate a coupon manually.
Validity: the coupon is valid for a limited time. Use it on the first purchase for maximum discount.
Equipment Change Bot — instructions
Overview
The bot automates equipment change (proxy) via the Talk-me chat. The client has two ways to change equipment:
- Quick change — the bot automatically selects new equipment (similar to the "Fastest" option)
- Change with GEO selection — the client picks country / city / operator
For more detail, see the documentation in the dashboard.
Backconnect proxies
We have introduced Backconnect proxies — see the full guide: backconnect proxy guide
They are built on mobile ports — the difference is that each request through them gets a new IP address (traffic passes through a different device). Currently limited to 5 simultaneous connections. Russia only at the moment, no IP/GEO change, no Fingerprint generation, no Marketplace check features.
Proxy doesn't work with HTTPS in Playwright/Selenium (ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED)
If you get the error ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED when accessing HTTPS sites through the proxy in Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools — this is most often a setup issue.
Recommendations:
- Make sure you specify the proxy as
http://host:port(not https://) — even for HTTPS sites, the proxy address starts with http:// - Check that login/password are passed correctly
- Try the SOCKS5 port instead of HTTP
- Try backup hosts
Proxy doesn't work — step-by-step instructions
If the proxy doesn't connect or doesn't load pages, try the following in order:
Step 1. Check credentials — copy host, port, login, and password from the dashboard (My Proxies → Operations → Direct Credentials). Don't enter manually.
Step 2. Try backup hosts. Port, login, and password remain the same, only the host changes:
- HTTP: mproxy.site, dproxy.site, fproxy.site
- SOCKS5: bproxy.site, eproxy.site, gproxy.site
Step 3. Reboot the equipment: My Proxies → Operations → Reboot Equipment. Wait 1 minute.
Step 4. Change equipment: My Proxies → Operations → Change GEO/Operator. Fill in all fields (country, city, operator) — don't leave empty and don't select "Fastest".
Step 5. Restart your browser, antidetect profile, or device.
Step 6. If nothing helped — contact support with the proxy PID (number in the first column of "My Proxies").
Multiaccount error during registration or trial signup
If you see the error "We do not like multiaccounting" during registration or getting a trial — the system has detected signs of repeat registration.
Possible reasons (even at first registration):
- VPN is enabled — turn it off and try again
- Public Wi-Fi network — another user from this IP has registered before
- Phone number was previously used by someone else
- Error during initial password entry → re-registration → system considers it multiaccount
What to do:
- Disable VPN
- Try via mobile internet (not Wi-Fi)
- Try a different device
- If it doesn't help — contact support, the operator will unblock manually
How to set up a proxy on iPhone / iOS
Method 1: Via Wi-Fi settings (HTTP only)
- Settings → Wi-Fi → tap (i) on the connected network
- Scroll down → Configure Proxy → Manual
- Server: host from dashboard (e.g., mproxy.site)
- Port: your HTTP port from dashboard
- Authentication: enable, enter login and password from dashboard
Method 2: Via apps (HTTP + SOCKS5, full proxying)
For full proxying of all traffic (not just browser) use apps: Shadowrocket, Potatso Lite, or Stash.
- Install the app from the App Store
- Add a new server: type — SOCKS5 (or HTTP)
- Address: host from dashboard, Port: your port
- Login and password from dashboard
- Enable connection
Detailed guide with screenshots: on our website
How to set up a proxy on Mac
System settings:
- System Settings → Network → Wi-Fi (or Ethernet) → Details → Proxies
- Enable "Web Proxy (HTTP)" — enter server and HTTP port from dashboard
- Enable "Secure Web Proxy (HTTPS)" — same server and port
- For SOCKS5: enable "SOCKS Proxy" — enter host and SOCKS port from dashboard
- Check "Proxy server requires password" — enter login and password
Important: system proxy settings only work for HTTP/HTTPS browser traffic. For full proxying of all applications, use Proxifier or similar tools.
How to set up a proxy in an antidetect browser (Dolphin, GoLogin, AdsPower, Incogniton)
Setup is similar across most antidetect browsers:
- Create a new browser profile
- In the "Proxy" section, choose type: HTTP or SOCKS5
- Host: copy from dashboard (or use direct credentials)
- Port: HTTP port or SOCKS5 port from dashboard
- Login and password: from dashboard
- Click "Check Proxy" — should show the IP
If the check fails:
- Try direct credentials: My Proxies → Operations (⚙) → Direct Credentials
- Try backup hosts: mproxy.site / dproxy.site / fproxy.site (HTTP) or bproxy.site / eproxy.site / gproxy.site (SOCKS5)
- Make sure the right protocol (HTTP or SOCKS5) and port are selected
Compatible with: MuLogin, LS Browser, Nstbrowser, Dolphin{anty}, GoLogin, AdsPower, Incogniton, and others. Partner list: mobileproxy.space/friends.html
The required GEO, city, or operator is not available
Equipment availability changes in real time — modems become free as other clients end their rental.
What to do:
- Check the server status page: mobileproxy.space/server-status.html — current availability
- Try later — equipment is regularly freed up
- Consider a nearby city or another operator in the same region
- Contact support — we will inform you of approximate timing for the desired GEO
The platform operates ~30,000 modems in 47+ countries on ~500 servers. Popular destinations (Moscow, Kazakhstan, Georgia) may be temporarily occupied during peak hours.
Compensation for proxy downtime
If a proxy was not working through our fault (server failure, technical maintenance, equipment unavailability), you may request compensation.
How to request: contact support indicating the PID and the downtime period.
Compensation form: additional days added to the rental, or refund to balance proportional to the downtime.
Important: compensation is provided for downtime caused by issues on our side. If the proxy is not working due to settings on the client side — please contact support for diagnostics.
Can I pause (freeze) the proxy?
Currently, the pause/freeze rental function is not available. The rental time continues from the moment of purchase.
Alternatives:
- Refund the remaining time to balance and buy a new proxy when you need it
- For the refund, contact support or use the automatic refund bot
How do I change equipment (GEO/operator) via API?
GET request:
https://mobileproxy.space/api.html?command=change_equipment&proxy_id={id}Header: Authorization: Bearer {token}
Optional parameters:
country_id— country IDcity_id— city IDoperator_id— operator ID
If parameters are not specified — the system will choose optimal equipment automatically.
To get GEO lists: command=get_geo_list, command=get_id_country, command=get_id_city, command=get_operators_list
Cooldown: 120 seconds (2 minutes) between changes for one proxy.
Documentation: mobileproxy.space/user.html?api
How do I withdraw funds from my balance?
To withdraw funds from your dashboard balance:
- Go to Settings → "Payments" section
- Submit a withdrawal request specifying the amount and details
Withdrawal methods:
- To bank card — refund to the card used for payment
- Cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, etc.)
- Settlement account for individual entrepreneurs / LLCs
Timing: application review — up to 7 days. Card refund — 5 to 30 banking days (depends on the bank).
Can I register without a phone number?
To register on the website, a phone number is required — an SMS with password will be sent to it.
If you cannot receive SMS:
- Write to our Telegram bot — you can register via Telegram account without a phone number
- Or contact support chat — the operator will help with registration
Why does the city or region change when I change IP?
When you change the IP, the mobile operator issues a random address from their pool. This address may be detected by GeoIP services as a different city — this is a normal feature of mobile networks.
Why this happens:
- Mobile operators use shared IP pools across large regions
- The IP may be registered to the operator's headquarters (e.g., Moscow), even though the cell tower is in another city
- GeoIP databases (2ip, ipinfo) update with delay
What to do:
- Change IP several times — the next address may be detected correctly
- Change equipment to another operator in the same city
- The equipment is physically located in the specified city — this is guaranteed
How to set up Proxifier
Adding a proxy:
- Open Proxifier → Profile → Proxy Servers → Add
- Address: host from dashboard (e.g., mproxy.site)
- Port: HTTP port or SOCKS5 port from dashboard
- Protocol: choose SOCKS Version 5 or HTTPS
- Check Authentication — enter login and password from dashboard
- Click Check → OK
Configuring rules:
- Profile → Proxification Rules
- Add a rule for the desired applications
- Action: choose the added proxy
Backup hosts: if the main host doesn't work, use mproxy.site, dproxy.site, fproxy.site (HTTP) or bproxy.site, eproxy.site, gproxy.site (SOCKS5). Port, login, and password remain the same.
Can I use one proxy in multiple programs simultaneously?
Yes. Each proxy supports up to 250 simultaneous connections. You can use the same credentials (host:port:login:password) in multiple browsers, antidetect profiles, scripts, or messengers at the same time.
The IP address will be the same for all connections through one proxy. For different IPs, use different proxies.
Is UDP supported?
Yes. The SOCKS5 port supports UDP ASSOCIATE — the standard mechanism for transmitting UDP traffic via SOCKS5 proxies.
How it works:
- UDP ASSOCIATE is available on the SOCKS5 port (= HTTP port + 1)
- The client establishes a TCP connection to the SOCKS5 port and sends the UDP ASSOCIATE command
- The server allocates a UDP relay through which UDP traffic passes
For which tasks:
- VoIP and voice calls
- UDP DNS queries
- Some game protocols
- Apps requiring UDP (e.g., some messengers)
Important:
- UDP works only via SOCKS5, not via HTTP port
- Your application must support SOCKS5 with UDP ASSOCIATE (not all clients can do this)
- The HTTP port only transmits TCP traffic (HTTP and HTTPS via CONNECT)
Are your proxies suitable for gaming consoles (PS4, PS5, Xbox)?
Mobile proxies can work for gaming consoles, but with limitations:
How to connect:
- PS4/PS5/Xbox don't support entering login/password for proxies
- Use IP authentication: bind your router's IP in proxy settings, then the console will work without entering credentials
- Or connect via a router/VPN client that proxies all network traffic
Limitations for gaming:
- High ping — mobile proxies add 50-300 ms latency, which is critical for online games
- Variable speed — from 3 to 30+ Mbps, may drop under load
- Not suitable for competitive games (shooters, MOBA) — lag will ruin the gameplay
- Suitable for — accessing regional game stores, downloading updates, geo-restricted services
For Frontier games (Elite Dangerous) and similar, we recommend taking a free trial first and checking ping to game servers. If ping > 200 ms — gameplay will be uncomfortable.
Do you have sticky sessions?
We don't have a separate "Sticky Session" plan, but similar behavior can be achieved:
Method 1 — IP fixation on mobile proxy:
- In proxy settings, set rotation timer = 0 (disable timer-based auto-change)
- In auto-change equipment settings, choose "Disabled"
- Now the IP will only change when you manually click the rotation link or make an API request
Important: even with these settings, the mobile operator may periodically change the IP address (this is a feature of mobile networks — usually several times a day). Guaranteeing IP fixation for 24 hours is technically impossible for mobile proxies.
Method 2 — server proxies:
For tasks requiring a guaranteed static IP (banking, long sessions in business services) — use server proxies. Their IP doesn't change at all.
Method 3 — backconnect:
The opposite — every request through backconnect = a new IP. For tasks requiring maximum rotation.
How are 5 connections distributed in backconnect proxies?
Backconnect proxies work as follows:
How it works:
- One backconnect port supports up to 5 simultaneous connections
- Each connection goes through a separate mobile modem and gets its own unique IP
- With 5 parallel requests → 5 different IPs simultaneously
- For a new request (6th) — an old connection must close, otherwise there will be a queue
Example for parsing in 5 threads:
Thread 1 → backconnect:port → modem A → IP1 Thread 2 → backconnect:port → modem B → IP2 Thread 3 → backconnect:port → modem C → IP3 Thread 4 → backconnect:port → modem D → IP4 Thread 5 → backconnect:port → modem E → IP5
Important limitations:
- You cannot choose a specific IP — distribution is automatic
- You cannot change the IP of one thread without affecting the others
- Backconnect currently only works for Russia
- No Fingerprint generation or Marketplace check features (unlike regular mobile proxies)
Why doesn't the proxy work in incognito mode?
The proxy may not work in incognito mode for several reasons:
1. Extensions don't load in incognito
If you use a proxy management extension (e.g., Proxy Manager, FoxyProxy) — by default it's disabled in incognito.
- Chrome: Extensions → extension details → enable "Allow in Incognito"
2. Cookies and cache
Incognito doesn't use saved cookies. Some sites require authentication and may block "anonymous" sessions.
3. Different DNS
Some browsers in incognito mode use their own DNS. If the proxy is configured at system level — incognito may work without proxy or with different DNS.
What to try:
- Enable the extension in incognito (see above)
- Use direct credentials (via OS settings or antidetect browser)
- Check current IP in incognito on 2ip.ru — does it match the proxy IP?
Why does proxy speed drop over time (was 20 Mbps, now 1)?
Speed reduction is a normal feature of mobile networks. Possible reasons:
1. Operator peak load
Mobile operators throttle speed during peak hours (evening, weekends) when many subscribers are connected to the cell tower.
2. Throttling after a certain volume
Some operators reduce speed after N GB of traffic per period. Common for unlimited plans.
3. Site anti-fraud
Large marketplaces (Ozon, Wildberries) may slow down responses to suspicious traffic (mass parsing). This is not a proxy limit, but site protection.
4. Modem temperature and load
During prolonged use under load, the modem heats up and reduces speed.
What to do:
- Change equipment — another modem may give full speed
- Change operator (MTS/MegaFon/Beeline/Tele2 work differently)
- Try another city — different regions have different network load
- For stable speed, consider server proxies
IP change link doesn't work / doesn't change IP
Common reasons why IP change doesn't work:
1. Change limit (30 seconds between changes)
Minimum 30 seconds must pass between IP changes on one proxy. If you click more often — requests are blocked.
2. Operator didn't issue a new IP
The mobile operator may issue the same IP if the address pool is small. Try:
- Click the link again in a minute
- Change equipment (My Proxies → Change GEO/Operator)
3. Modem problem
If several attempts in a row don't change the IP — reboot the equipment (Operations → Reboot Equipment) or change equipment.
Diagnostics:
Check that the link works: open it in a browser — should return JSON with "status":"OK" and a new IP.
Which proxy is suitable for parsing Ozon, Wildberries, Cian?
For parsing marketplaces and aggregators:
1. Backconnect proxies (recommended)
- Each request = new IP
- Up to 5 simultaneous connections
- Minimal blocking risk during parsing
- Currently Russia only
2. Mobile proxies with rotation timer
- Set automatic IP change by timer (from 2 minutes)
- Works well for parsing products/prices
- Available in any GEO
Recommendations for marketplaces:
- Ozon / Wildberries — backconnect with 3-5 threads, 2-3 sec delay between requests
- Avito — mobile proxies with timer rotation (5-10 min per IP), 1 account = 1 proxy
- Cian — mobile proxies, Russia, 10-15 min timer rotation
- Google/Yandex — server proxies or backconnect with User-Agent randomization
Important:
- Use delays between requests (2-5 seconds)
- Rotate User-Agent and headers
- For mass parsing — add JS-challenge bypass (Cloudflare etc.)
Can I refund money for an annual subscription early?
Yes, you can refund money for unused time, including annual subscription.
How the refund works:
- Submit a refund request via support or the automatic refund bot
- Refund amount = (remaining days ÷ 365) × purchase amount
- Refund to balance — instant
- Refund to card/details — up to 5 business days
Example:
You bought a year for $200, after 2 months realized it doesn't fit.
- Elapsed: 60 days, remaining 305 days
- Refund: (305 ÷ 365) × $200 = ~$167
Important:
- Refund doesn't depend on subscription period — works the same for 1, 7, 30, 365 days
- If you used a coupon/discount — refund is calculated from the actual amount paid
- We recommend taking a trial first (3 hours free) or buying for 7-30 days to test
How do I monitor the status of a large number of proxies?
For automated monitoring of large proxy pools:
1. API for status check
GET /api.html?command=proxy_ip&proxy_id=1,2,3— checks current external IP of all proxiesGET /api.html?command=get_my_proxy— returns list with detailed information
2. Telegram notifications
- Connect Telegram notifications (Settings → "Notifications" section)
- Receive alerts about equipment changes and rental expiration
3. Auto-change equipment
In each proxy's settings, enable "Auto-change on errors" — the system will automatically change equipment if the proxy stops working (no need to monitor manually).
4. Your monitoring script
Simple example (Python):
import requests
proxies_list = [1001, 1002, 1003] # your PIDs
for pid in proxies_list:
r = requests.get(f"https://mobileproxy.space/api.html?command=proxy_ip&proxy_id={pid}",
headers={"Authorization": "Bearer YOUR_TOKEN"})
if r.json().get('status') != 'OK':
# send alert to Telegram/email
5. Proxy Checker
The /proxy_checker.html page allows mass-checking a proxy list — convenient for weekly review.
Can I pay with a Visa card from South Korea (and other Asian countries)?

How do I get a trial proxy on iPhone?
Getting and setting up a trial proxy on iPhone:
Step 1 — get the trial:
- Open mobileproxy.space in Safari
- Subscribe to the Telegram channel t.me/+8r32LGD0nGJhMmIy (right on iPhone)
- Send any message to bot @mps_articles_bot → receive a number
- On the page mobileproxy.space/user.html?free enter this number
- Get a free trial proxy for 3 hours
Step 2 — copy credentials:
On the "My Proxies" page click your trial proxy → copy:
- Host (e.g., mproxy.site)
- SOCKS5 port (for apps)
- Login / password
Step 3 — install Shadowrocket or Potatso:
- App Store → install Shadowrocket ($2.99) or free Potatso Lite
- In the app: + → add server → type SOCKS5
- Enter host, port, login, password from dashboard
- Enable connection → VPN icon will appear at the top of the screen
- Check on 2ip.ru — should show the IP of your GEO
Alternative (browser only):
Settings → Wi-Fi → (i) at network → Configure Proxy → Manual → enter HTTP host, port, login, password. But this only works for Safari, not apps.
Which ports are blocked on your proxies?
To protect our network and our legitimate clients from being blacklisted on various services, outgoing traffic is blocked on the following ports:
| Port | Protocol / Purpose |
|---|---|
| 25 | SMTP — email sending (standard) |
| 465 | SMTPS — email sending over SSL |
| 587 | SMTP Submission — email sending with authentication |
| 2525 | SMTP — alternative port |
| 389 | LDAP — directory access |
| 3389 | RDP — Windows Remote Desktop |
| 53413 | Netis backdoor — known router vulnerability |
Why these ports are blocked:
- SMTP ports (25, 465, 587, 2525) — blocked to prevent email spam. If email sending were allowed, IP addresses would quickly end up in spam lists (Spamhaus, Barracuda, etc.), blocking all clients on that IP, not just the abuser
- RDP (3389) and LDAP (389) — blocked to protect against scanning and brute-force attacks on corporate systems
- Port 53413 — a known backdoor in Netis routers used to attack network equipment
What this means for you:
- All other ports (including 80, 443, 8080 for web traffic, 22 for SSH, 3306 for MySQL, and thousands of others) — work without restrictions
- If you need to send email — use email service APIs (SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, SMTP.com) — they work through HTTPS port 443, which is open
- For remote desktop, use alternatives: AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Parsec — they work through standard ports
Can these ports be opened on an individual basis?
No. The list of blocked ports is fixed and applies to all clients without exception. This is done to protect the IP reputation of our entire network.
Are Russian mobile proxies suitable for accessing Russian government services / banks from abroad?
Yes, our Russian mobile proxies are suitable for accessing Russian government services, banks and Russian web services from abroad.
From our side there are no restrictions — you get regular mobile internet from a Russian operator. Through our proxy you can:
- Access Gosuslugi, FNS, Sber ID, Nalogi FL
- Use banking apps and web cabinets (Sberbank, Tinkoff, VTB, Alfa-Bank, etc.)
- Work with Russian services (Wildberries, Ozon, Avito, Cian, etc.)
Possible difficulties:
1. Bank antifraud may require confirmation — if you usually log in from one region and suddenly appear with an IP from another, the bank may request an SMS code or temporarily limit operations. This is normal.
2. For NSPD (National Spatial Data System) we recommend server proxies — they provide a more stable static IP. Some IP addresses of mobile operators end up on NSPD blacklists.
3. If a site loads slowly or doesn't load — try changing equipment to another operator (MTS/MegaFon/Beeline/Tele2 may work differently).
Doesn't work with two-factor authentication? — some banks require the IP to match your usual region. In that case, choose GEO closer to your home city.
Why does Yandex/Google show a captcha on first visit through proxy?
Captchas appearing on Yandex/Google when first visiting through a mobile proxy is normal behavior of search engines' antifraud systems, not a proxy problem.
Reasons:
1. "Clean" browser fingerprint + new IP = suspicion — antidetect browsers (Patchright, Dolphin, GoLogin) generate fresh fingerprints with no history. From Yandex's viewpoint, this is a new user accessing from a never-used IP — behavioral signals trigger a captcha.
2. Mobile IPs are heavily used — since a mobile operator's IP is shared between hundreds of users simultaneously, Yandex often sees diverse activity on this IP and reduces trust for "clean" profiles.
3. Geolocation doesn't match profile history — if you're testing behavioral profiles, Yandex has no "trust history" for this specific fingerprint from this IP.
What to try:
- "Warm up" the profile — visit popular sites (Wikipedia, news, YouTube) for 10-15 minutes before target queries
- Use cookies of an existing Yandex account — gives instant trust
- Don't change IP during a session — set IP rotation timer = 0
- Check whether the IP is on spam lists — via our Proxy Checker (/proxy_checker.html → Check Spam) or IPGuardian
Comparison with other providers — different providers have IP pools of different reputation. If our trial works better after "warming up" the profile — this is a normal scenario.
How to set up a proxy on Android?
On Android there are several ways to set up our proxy.
Method 1: Via Wi-Fi settings (HTTP only, browser only)
- Settings → Wi-Fi → press and hold the connected network → Modify network
- Advanced options → Proxy → Manual
- Hostname: host from dashboard (e.g., mproxy.site)
- Port: your HTTP port from dashboard
- Save
Limitation: works only in Chrome browser, not in apps. Also Android does not support login/password input in system settings — IP authorization is required.
Method 2: Via apps (HTTP + SOCKS5, full proxying)
For full proxying of all app traffic:
- Install Proxy Manager (Google Play) or Drony / SocksDroid
- Add a new server: type — SOCKS5 (or HTTP)
- Address: host from dashboard, port: your SOCKS5 port
- Login and password from dashboard
- Enable connection
Method 3: Via Android antidetect
Use Kameleo for Android or similar apps that support proxy in each profile.
Method 4: IP authorization (for PS, Smart TV, all home Wi-Fi)
Bind your router's IP in proxy settings — all devices on the home network will work through the proxy without entering login/password.
What are "direct credentials" and when to use them?
"Direct credentials" — alternative hosts through which you can connect to your proxy if the main host is unavailable or unstable. These are backup entry points to our network.
Hosts available:
| Type | Hosts |
|---|---|
| HTTP | mproxy.site, dproxy.site, fproxy.site |
| SOCKS5 | bproxy.site, eproxy.site, gproxy.site |
How to use:
- Open "My Proxies" → click the settings icon (⚙) at the proxy → "Direct credentials"
- Copy the full data (host:port:login:password)
- In your software, replace only the host — port, login and password remain the same
When to switch to direct credentials:
- Main host doesn't work (connection timeout)
- You need to test stability through another channel
- You suspect that your provider blocks the main host
Which host to use?
All hosts lead to the same modem. If the main one doesn't work — try all 3 in turn for the desired protocol (HTTP or SOCKS5). The hosts are independent of each other — if one is blocked, others may still work.
Is changing IP via link free?
Yes, changing IP via link is completely free. You are not charged either per change or for their quantity.
What's included in the rental price:
- Any number of IP changes via link or timer
- Equipment reboot (1 time per 30 minutes)
- Change of GEO, city, operator within one country (1 time per 2 minutes)
What may change rental period:
- Country change (e.g., RF → Poland) — recalculates rental period at the new GEO's rate. It's not money deduction but recalculation of remaining time.
Frequency limits for changes:
- Between equipment changes (GEO/operator) — minimum 2 minutes
- Modem reboot — 1 time per 30 minutes
Can I change GEO on Backconnect proxies via API?
No, GEO change on backconnect proxies is not supported.
Why not:
Backconnect proxy by its nature uses a pool of multiple modems simultaneously. Each request goes through a random modem from the pool, so there's no fixed GEO — selection works differently.
What's available for backconnect:
- IP change — each request automatically goes through a new modem (new IP)
- Up to 5 simultaneous connections with different IPs
- Currently only Russia is available
What's NOT available for backconnect:
- GEO change (country/city/operator) — neither via dashboard nor API
- Fixing a specific IP
- Forced IP change on demand
- Fingerprint generation and Marketplace check
If you need a specific GEO — use a regular mobile proxy with auto-IP-change by timer or by link. With it you can choose country, city, operator.
How am I detected during parsing? Getting 403/429 errors
Errors 403 (access denied) and 429 (too many requests) during parsing are triggers of the website's antibot protection, not a proxy problem. The site recognizes automated traffic by a combination of signs.
Why you can be detected even on mobile IPs:
1. Browser fingerprint — even when changing IP, the JS fingerprint (canvas, WebGL, fonts, screen resolution, language) often remains the same. The site links sessions by it.
2. Cookies and localStorage — if cookies are saved between requests, the site links them to you regardless of IP.
3. Behavior — too regular intervals (once every 10 minutes — almost like a clock), no mouse movements, no keyboard events.
4. HTTP headers — header order, User-Agent, Accept-Language can give away automation.
5. TLS fingerprint (JA3/JA4) — some sites distinguish browsers from curl/python-requests precisely by this.
What to do:
- Random intervals — instead of "every 10 minutes" do 8-15 minutes with variation
- Clear cookies between sessions or use different antidetect profiles
- Use an antidetect browser (Dolphin, AdsPower, GoLogin) with full emulation
- Check JA3 fingerprint on /tls-fingerprint.html — if it shows Python/curl — TLS needs to be configured
- Emulate mouse and scroll in Selenium/Playwright (use playwright-stealth, undetected-chromedriver)

If 429 hit suddenly — the site enhanced its antibot. Reduce request frequency 3-5 times and add pauses.
How often do IPs of backup hosts (mproxy.site, bproxy.site) change?
The IP addresses of backup hosts (mproxy.site, dproxy.site, fproxy.site, bproxy.site, eproxy.site, gproxy.site) are stable domains of our load balancers. They don't change — these are static entry points to our network.
Connection architecture:
- You connect to a host (e.g., mproxy.site:HTTP_port)
- The balancer routes your request to the appropriate modem by login/password or IP-authorization
- The modem works through a mobile SIM card and returns the response
Balancer IPs themselves have static IPs (you can resolve via DNS — A-records are stable).
Modem IPs (i.e., the external IP that sites see) — dynamic, change on rotation.
All our hosts:
| Type | Hosts |
|---|---|
| HTTP | mproxy.site, dproxy.site, fproxy.site |
| SOCKS5 | bproxy.site, eproxy.site, gproxy.site |

Can I use proxies for behavioral factor manipulation?
Using proxies for behavioral factor (BF) tasks is technically possible with our mobile proxies, but requires understanding the nuances.
What's important to know:
1. Mobile IPs are actively shared — IPs of mobile operators are used by millions of real users, so they have a high level of trust for one-off tasks. For regular BF sessions, this is even a plus.
2. Search engines (Yandex/Google) actively catch BF bots — even with a mobile IP, with a "clean" fingerprint and incorrect behavior you'll be caught. See the article about Yandex captcha.
3. What's needed for quality BF work:
- Antidetect browser with unique fingerprint per profile
- "Warmed-up" accounts with trust history
- Realistic behavior: scroll, clicks, time on page
- One proxy = one profile (do NOT share IP between BF accounts)
- Stable IP during the session (disable timer-based auto-change)
4. Legal side — we don't prohibit BF tasks in our rules (see offer), but remember that violation of Yandex/Google user agreements is at your own risk.
Technical recommendations for BF:
- Use backconnect for generating multiple IPs (if the task is many one-off sessions)
- Use a regular mobile with IP fixation (if the task is long sessions)
- Test on a free trial before mass work
- If you get a captcha — "warm up" the profile on other sites before the target one
What to do if the bot picked the wrong GEO during change?
If when changing GEO the system selected not the city/operator you specified — this can happen for two reasons.
Reason 1: There's no free equipment in the chosen GEO
If at the moment of change all modems of the selected city are occupied by other clients — the system automatically selects the nearest available one (e.g., Kostanay instead of Almaty). This is done so as not to block your change due to a temporary shortage.
What to do:
- Check availability on the page server-status.html
- Wait 10-30 minutes and try again
- Make the change manually: "My Proxies" → ⚙ → "Change GEO, operator" → explicitly select city and operator
Reason 2: Auto-change settings are limited to a different radius
If the auto-change settings are set to "within country" — the system will select any point in the country, not necessarily the same city.
What to check:
- "My Proxies" → ⚙ → Equipment auto-change settings
- Set "Within city" — the system will only search in the same city
If the equipment is again wrong — contact support, we'll perform a forced change with explicit GEO selection.
Telegram API doesn't connect / DC timeout
If Telegram API (DC1, DC2, DC3, DC4, DC5) gives timeout via our proxy:
Step 1: Check that the proxy works in principle
Open any site through the proxy in a browser (e.g., 2ip.ru). If basic internet doesn't work — the problem is in the connection, not in Telegram.
Step 2: Telegram API uses TCP to non-standard ports
Telegram MTProto works over ports 80, 443, 5222 — all are open in our network.
Step 3: Possible reasons for timeout with a specific operator
- Regional restrictions — the mobile operator may filter traffic to Telegram servers (especially in RF due to legislation)
- The specific modem is overloaded — try changing equipment
- Your client uses QUIC/UDP — some Telegram versions try UDP, which won't pass through the HTTP port. Use the SOCKS5 port.
What to do:
- Change equipment — try another operator (MTS/Beeline/Tele2 instead of MegaFon in this case)
- Use SOCKS5 instead of HTTP — this often works better for Telegram clients
- Try another country — if your Telegram client allows
- Check DCs separately — telegram-cli or ping_dc may show which DCs are available
If no DC works through different operators — this is a regional block at the level of all operators in the given country. Use a proxy from another country.
