Interface for working with the blacklist of mobile proxies

We have added an interface for working with the blacklist, it is accessible from My proxies.

Click on the Blacklist and a window will open for you to manage your equipment blacklist.

Below there will be a small instruction and the contents of the entire list with the ability to remove equipment from it.
