We have an opening for the kindest and most responsive technical support operator in our Customer Care department.

What does the job involve?

  • You will need to communicate with clients and help them solve their problems.
  • You must be online.

Working Conditions

  • The work schedule is shift-based, with shifts lasting 12 hours.
  • There is a 2-week probationary period.

Wishlist Candidate

  • It's crucial that you have a strong sense of empathy.
  • A desire to help.
  • A strong command of Russian.
  • English is also useful (but who are we kidding, there's Google Translate).
  • Callouses on your fingertips.
  • An irrepressible sense of humor and a hell of a sarcasm.
  • A fierce desire to improve everything.
  • A dog lover is preferable.
